Become an Influential Parent Online

Have the relationship you desire with your kids!

We desire to be Influential Parents whom our kids look up to, seek advice from, and involve in their decsions. Can we achieve such influence in our kids lives when they are young and maintain it through the adolescent years?

These are the questions Jeff Schadt sought to answer in his research given what was happening his oldest, Heather. This research lead to unconventional wisdom that has parents saying, “I wish I had heard this sooner.”

Leading with Love

Have the family you have always desired

Leading with loving influence brought joy back to our family and restored our 9 year olds desire to please us. Influence is best defined as: The act or power of producing an effect without apparent exertion of force or direct exercise of command.

This type of influence is based upon love. It decreases conflict and leads to better relationships while increasing our kids desire to: listen, help around the house and be part of the family.

If you are seeking nontraditional answers that actually make sense Influential Parenting is for you.

About Your Instructor

Jeff sees himself first as a husband and father. Even as an executive in his company the title on Jeff’s business card read Heather and Jennifer’s Dad. When that company unexpectedly was forced to close in the turmoil of 2001, Jeff struggled with depression and a belief he was a failure. Jeff sees these experiences as the catalyst for change in his life and the ability to relate to and help kids open up in his research and coaching.Jeff began his career mentoring students on a University campus and has worked with kids or youth in different capacities throughout his entire business career. As a former business executive, Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Master’s Degree in Leadership. Though he credits the success of Revive Family to the kids who shared openly with him during the research. In his eyes they saved his daughter and transformed his family.
